The Xcel Program is designed to offer a broad-based, affordable competitive experience outside the traditional Jr. Olympic Program (JO) to attract and retain a diverse group of athletes.

Gleasons 37

  • Facilitate the development of self-confidence and a positive self-image through successful gymnastics experiences.
  • It is our goal to use gymnastics as a means to teach young girls how to become hard working and self-motivated young women.
  • We teach our gymnasts an understanding of personal responsibility, discipline, and individual/team success (focus on the development of character integrity, life skills, etc.).
  • Mental Toughness: Teach gymnasts how to use their brains.
  • Physical: strength, flexibility, agility, etc.

Summer: (Mid June - Late August)

  • Developing strength, flexibility, and solid basics

Fall: (September - Late December)

  • Begin training/learning competitive routines

Winter: (January - Late April)

  • Competitive Season
  • Roughly 6-8 Meets (local and travel)

Spring: (May - Early June)

  • Competitive Season finished
  • Have fun learning new skills
  • End of Season Banquet
