Our adult program is structured with the idea that adults will be more motivated to follow an exercise program if it is an activity that is both enjoyable and challenging. Our adult classes utilize progressive developmental routines that allow each person to advance at their own rate and skill level. |

A non-somersaulting class for men and women. No prior gymnastics experience necessary. Beginning classes focus on learning the fundamentals of trampoline, including correct jumping, body control, coordination and flexibility. Skills learned include position jumps, bouncing on the feet, front, or back, and using combinations to create routines. |

For graduates of the beginning class, or those with prior gymnastics experience. Intermediate students emphasize somersaulting skills, including single and double front and back flips and twisting flips. Competitive routines are introduced as a training tool, with the opportunity for competition during late spring. |

Tumbling and conditioning skills for men and women, with exercises designed for an aerobic workout. This class is open to students of all abilities, from beginning gymnasts to former elite competitors. Classes focus on developing strong handsprings and connecting skills into longer tumbling passes. |
