Double Trapeze Double Trapeze is a classic circus art form in which a pair of performers execute a variety of tricks on a stationary trapeze bar. The duo use strength, flexibility, grace, and acrobatic ability to perform skills, which demonstrate the team’s ability to work together.

Aerial Tissu
This is an act in which a performer executes trick and drops while suspended on a piece of fabric high in the air. Tissu incorporates artistry, coordination, flexibility and strength making it a great way to build upper arm and abdominal strength. Beginning students learn the basic climb as well as simple maneuvers. At the intermediate level a wider variety of climbs, wraps, drops and combinations are introduced.

Static Trapeze
An act where the performer moves on and around the trapeze bar while the bar stays mostly in place. The aerialist executes a wide range of movements including drops, hangs, and balances both on the trapeze bar and in the ropes supporting the trapeze. All of these moves emphasize strength, control, and flexibility. Students start learning basic and isolated skills, progressing on to harder skills, combinations of tricks, as well as developing more strength and flexibility and comfort with the apparatus.
