Whether you're a former gymnast looking to revisit the glory days, or a trampoline beginner looking for an exhilarating and safe physical outlet, this class is for you. Since 1996, the class has been taught by former National Trampoline Champion, David Kennedy. Through proper progression and direction, you will be introduced to proven technique for correct bouncing, position jumps, somersaulting and routine building.

Power tumbling on the rod floor and ultra-springy Tumble Trak has never been so good with this one hour, co-ed tumbling class taught by instructors Sasha Svirsch and Dave Kennedy. Classes are offered Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 8PM. Any level of tumbling experience, we got you covered.

This co-ed class for Men and Women with a penchant to learn basic progressions and skills on the respective apparatus. A one hour, once a week opportunity to learn new, or dust off old skills while enjoying the toning and conditioning benefits of gymnastics. No previous experience needed. Beginners welcome.

Circus arts emphatically improves coordination, strength, inversion awareness and flexibility. There are a myriad of apparatus in circus art performance: Silks, Triple Trapeze, Acrobatics, Adagio, and Teeter Board, to name a few.
In this co-ed, one hour class, you don't clown around. But you will climb, swing, hang, and have fun like one.
