Learning Front and Back Handsprings is the main focus of the Intermediate Level. Headsprings and Running Dive Rolls are also taught during Tumbling. On Bars, students are taught Front and Back Hip Circles, Stride Circles, and Mini-Routines. On Trampoline, Back Handsprings and Front Somersaults are introduced. Basic skills are refined and put into developmental Routines. This is an 85 minute class.
